Needed a hot water tank, the Home Depot and Rona did not have it in stock with 10 days waiting period to get one?!! Independent Mechanical had it in stock, they gave me discount to beat HD and Rona, they went out of their way to help me deliver it 1 hour FREE of charge. Jake was more than helpful. Congratulation for running a fantastic shop.

Very bad experience delivering a food order to Michael. He was extremely rude, disrespectful and smoking a cigarette while arguing with me as to why his food was late. He needs to put his negative attitude at home, learn to respect and talk properly to people. Even with GPS, because of massive traffic jams everywhere, food delivery can be delayed.
