We'd left another company ready to burst into tears due to poor communication. We walked into ILS and it was like walking into a warm hug. The whole experience of getting equipment through Support At Home is challenging and time consuming when time as a carer of 2 is so precious. The ILS team were calm, warm, caring and knowledgeable. I felt like crying with relief at finding them.
Excellent service, Stephanie was friendly with a great deal of helpful knowledge about various mobility aids. Highly recommend.
I cannot put enough stars on the service I received last week - Thank you so much.
Thank you to wonderful ILS staff @ Northside Shopping Centre Coffs Harbour 🙏 Staff are friendly, know their products & generous with their time for assisting, & shop is easy access & parking @ front door👏 Highly recommend ILS Coffs Harbour for all your advice & support needs. Thanks again Vikki
Amazing service. 2 lovely ladies at the store today went above and beyond to help with an urgent request. So thankful.
