There is only one lady you can speak with who says she has no higher ups and is the only management refuses to give a number for corporate and is extremely rude to clients and employees there’s so many complaints about her and how she conducts business, the clients can’t complain because the one and only number listed is directly to her the “manager”. They provide exceptional services with their clients by assuring that the clients needs are up to the highest standards. They make sure that all assisted equipment that is needed for seniors every day life are well taken care of. Seniors are in a safe place with a homecare agency that cares about the well-being of the clients needs.
I have an caregiver t.g. she is so caring and thoughtful and she makes sure to get done all household work and errands and make sure I have everything I need before she leaves each day
