Josh was awesome. I was just about to leave for a long trip with my Eurovan and the check engine light came on. Even though he was busy, he made sure to make time for me and run a diagnostic test. Now that I know nothing major is wrong, I can leave with a peace in mind. It was the gas cap, having lost one, it was replaced with a cheap one. Josh said we should always have a factory brand. He was kind and explained everything in details. I will be going back to his garage for sure. I highly recommend.
I recently had to replace the engine in my VW GTI, I was referred to Josh at independent german auto and am I glad I found him! Josh is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. he takes pride in his quality work. he took his time to help me to get my warranty company to pay their part of the cost.
