Mike was a breath of fresh air. I called Independent because the reviews were so good. We wanted to get an insulated garage door because our kitchen, which is right above the garage, is colder since we removed seven layers of old vinyl and linoleum and refinished the original wood floor. Mike came out today and measured the space and then informed me that I ALREADY HAD an insulated garage door. (That's how smart I am.) I could get a new one with somewhat better insulation value, but he thought we'd improve the situation more... read more
They were at my home today to install a new garage door opener . There work was nothing short of stupendous, the wiring was VERY neat and the overall install job was better than top notch. I WILL use them agian in the spring for a new door! Great work gentlemen!
Honest hard working guys who run their business the right way, they have a real secretary who answers the phone during business hours and an answering service after hours for emergencies!
I've had Independent Garage out to my house twice and they're honest, knowledgeable, easy to work with and charge reasonable rates. Highly recommend them!
Sadly my old garage is too crooked for a new door but Mike was able to get my door elevated so it is easier to open. Experience is priceless.
Awesome customer service. Did great work on replacing our very old wooden sliding garage doors with new electric doors at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
