We had luxury vinyl plank and carpet installed. Beautiful results. The installation went well, problems with old flooring were addressed clearly. Sales were easy to work with. Overall a good experience!
We bought a brand new house in Feb 2022 and the flooring seemed to be buckling. I sent multiple emails and the reply was they would have the installer come out and look at it. Finally in Nov they came out. In Jan/Feb 2023 the distributor came out. We had to fight to get them to replace it. Finally in Oct 2023 they replaced the flooring. They didn’t nail some of the trim back on and also the trim by the steps came off within a month. I have sent multiple email and they said they will let the installer know but it is now May 2... read more
