Wow! What an incredible experience with Sam Ramirez and his fantastic team! We had an urgent need to service our food truck’s fire suppressant system and arrived just 30 minutes before closing. Sam went above and beyond to assist us, especially when other places turned us away for not having an appointment. Huge thanks to Independent Fire and Safety for such outstanding customer service! You’ve gained a loyal customer!
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Been coming here since 2021 for all my extinguisher needs. Usually in the past it’s always a breeze coming here. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with whomever was in charge of the service department. Apparently all the technicians were gone. Then I’m told that the extinguisher I purchased the year before needed to be replaced and is not serviceable and could “explode”. Therefore I must purchase a new extinguisher. Ha! Yes, there was some paint rubbed off, but nothing extreme. I H... read more
Called yesterday to make an appointment for our fire extinguishers and got service less then 24 hours later. Definitely will use this company again.
Super helpful and knowledgable. I take all of my fire extinguishers to this place. No problems here, only solutions and great prices!
They've always been courteous and professional whenever we do the required fire safety training with their service at work.
