Went there for many years. Every year it got worse. There billing department is a mess. Pay your bill and 6 months later you get a call from collections. Now that they are essentia the cost of a yearly physical doubled. A doctor that decides to take a vacation after having g appoinments scheduled. Reschedule a month down the road. Nurses are friendly. They have that going for them.
Awful experience for my family, our worst ever in healthcare. Going back to Sanford where my family never had any billing or other issues over the course of several years. They are merging with Essentia & it has been nothing but problems for me. Multiple billing issues from just 2 visits resulting in countless hours on the phone with no resolution. Rude & incompetent has been my experience.
I am moving my family's medical care elsewhere immediately. I have a problem with severe anxiety which this group was quick to previously prescribe drugs for that ended up having severe side effects for me. I was weary of any other mind-altering medications since Lexapro did not agree with me. When a routine alternative, a service pet for anxiety, was suggested by my EAP to deal with my anxiety & my apartment mgmt told me it was easy to do and commonplace for them to accommodate such with any doctor filling out a one page fo... read more
Didn't see my doctor for a few years as I'm healthy. Called to set up a physical, said I was dropped from being a patient. Guess I wasn't a good enough source of revenue for them. I thought you were better than that, Steve.
