Worst clinic I have ever been to! Dr Joy is so slow and when she says she will get RX filled it takes weeks to get anything done. Then I take my son in for his pneumonia she sent the wrong RX in! Do not go to this place if you have any type of emergency! Joy should not be practicing any long. She always has to many irons in the fire and forgets what the task at hand is🤬

Dr. Joy Frohlich is amazing. We have gone to her for over 5yrs, so understanding, explains everything dooo you totally understand.
They actually care about your health. It is not a production line like other facilities. Bless then all.
Dr. Stephen McDonough has been my children’s doctor since my little two have been born. They are now 12 and 9. We were heartbroken when he retired from Sanford, but overjoyed to see him back in practice at Independent Doctors. We would have followed him to any facility he was at. My son was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and Dr. McDonough has been amazing. We are blessed to have such a caring and amazing doctor.
Dr. Denise McDonough and staff are the best! Dr. Denise is very thorough and spends alot of time talking with you about your issues and any concerns you are having. You are not a number here, you are a person. You will always receive quality care!

Thank you for getting my husband in on the same day when he became ill while visiting in Bismarck. Wonderful care and concern from all of the staff we met. Christina was very thorough and quick to refer him on for additional care. Beautiful facility as well as great staff.
