Excellent service and a very fair price. He is punctual, friendly, and very thorough. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and that is reflected in the quality of his work. He has been in the business for 30+ years. He managed to make this dingy pull-out couch look excellent. It was previously covered in stains and dirt. His extractor tool recovers the vast majority of the moisture so the drying process is not long.
