If I could rate ZERO stars, I would!!! I made an appointment with Cindy Landcaster for my 12 year old daughter who is struggling with some depression. I was told it would be a virtual appointment. I was never sent a link to join the virtual appoint so I called the office the morning of her appointment and they assured me I would receive one. I never did. The appointment time came and went.
