they were nice and friendly, processed my paperwork quickly. they made sure to put me in a vehicle that was in my price range. they helped me make sure I could afford my new car rather than take advantage of me like other lots usually do.
Friendly staff, slow to respond to my request for information. Ended up just driving over and dealt with TJ, test drive a vehicle and left with no pressure. Vehicle seemed nice and correctly priced, but ended up buying new so can't speak further.
Great group of guys working there. Very detailed in the sale and was willing to negotiate a good price.

Within 2 days of my husband seeing the perfect truck on the lot at Independent, it was ours. Being a family business that's been around for many years the guys here are well known and well liked. Our newest addition was a one-owner vehicle and we actually got the opportunity to meet the man who had bought it brand new and had the aftermarket upgrades done. All around great experience. Fun and personable sales staff. We'll definitely do business here again.
