I had a very good experience working with Jarrid at the dealership. They have large inventory of luxury vehicles. I went to check out a car there on Friday morning-even took time off work to get there. I really liked the car, came to an agreement with the sales guy, signed all the paperwork and was to return that evening to pick it up once they updated the inspection and fixed the trunk. However I got a phone call a couple hours later to renege on the deal! Don’t even bother. Dealing with these guys is just a waste of time. Salesman will say one thing only to wait 3 days for the owner to say something different. Apparently they don’t like to sell cars unless they can hose you down. Save your time and go someplace else.

Not pushy at all, super informative and helpful (especially to someone with no knowledge of cars whatsoever). Customer service has been great and any issues with the car have been handled promptly by them! I 100% recommend and will always use independent auto now!
