Brad is absolutely legendary. I’ve trusted him with both my 1992 BMW 850 and my Ferrari 458 Spider, and the level of knowledge, honesty, and craftsmanship is on another level. I highly recommend this shop. The team is very professional and, most importantly, honest. They took the time to walk me through everything that needed attention, explained the issues in a clear way, and pointed out what could wait and what shouldn’t. That really helped me save both time and money. The communication was great throughout the whole process, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of work. Overall, a really solid experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.
-Returned to Ingolstadt West for sparkplugs and an oil change and they did a great job again. Great communication and reasonable pricing. -Great first experience here. They did my brakes and rotors on our X7 for half the price the dealer was going to charge. They are efficient, professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again for any German car/SUV service or maintenance needed.
