Best auto repair place I’ve experienced. I’ve been returning to Ingolstadt West since 2004! I’ve had basic maintenance, performance upgrades, and major work(e.g. piston replacement) on our family vehicles here- Audi Q7, A3, A7, VW GTI, VW Alltrack. We put a lot of miles on these cars, enjoying them all. Compared to other shops in the Valley, I trust Brad and his crew at Ingolstadt West more than anyone to keep our cars dependable, safe, and fun to drive.
Went in to get some new parts installed which are amazing on the car now. I went to wash the car the next day and noticed the corner of my fender was bent in above the headlight when the parts were being installed. I let Brad know and he was able to get it taken care of in less than 2 days and it’s looking good as new. Brad went above and beyond to take care of it which I’m extremely grateful for. Truly the best in the west

Ingolstadt West is an impressive shop with decent customer service and trustworthy mechanics. The costs they charge for parts is very fair and while the cost for labor is not cheap, it is less than dealerships and it is a good value. The only disappointing thing I can think of is that they were very busy when I took my car in and it took them nearly two days longer to repair than they originally said it would and they failed to give me timely updates. I will however be going back in the future.
I had an oil change service and brakes completed last week and my experience was top notch. I truly appreciate transparency and honesty and Ingolstadt West does just that. They provide a free full car inspection and they don't try to push unnecessary repairs. Both Kevin and Brad are very personable and professional. I was told what needed to be repaired and what could wait until my 50k service. Today, I had to get a recall done at the BMW dealer and I was told five things were "red" level needed service repairs.
