I never write reviews but the receptionist is extremely rude. There’s a difference between having nerves and having actual anxiety about something and I’m not looking forward for my procedure since I know she is the first person I will have to talk to. I’ll probably have a panic attack and have to leave because she is the least sympathetic person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone and I don’t think this profession suits her. The rating is nothing against Dr. Mitchell.
Great and caring staff especially the office manager they have been so helpful for my dad and currently myself as well !
Had to wait months just to be seen by the new Dr. Smallfeild. At first, he was helpful. Figured out what was wrong with my stomach. But my pains and concerns about my stomach only worsened, and they'd say, " Okay, come back in a month or 2." I got worse every time, and I'd be struggling with pain management and to even eat. I'd taken his advice on everything, but the last time I was seen by him, I was met with an invasion of privacy. Dr. Smallfield is very experienced and friendly.
Amazing experience. Doctor Smallfield and his staff and nurses and the anesthesiologist Dr. Eric did so well in answering my questions and making me feel calm and relaxed. Very professional and warm people. I 100% would recommend.
