Two years owning my home, I have no water as my pipe has burst. I call the liar in the office and am told "all your problem, I don't have anyone" I see this FRAUD Ron Howard Construction and call his number, get a hold of him, he says he will be by in a few hours, the asshat never shows, never calls. I call around and am told the Fraud Howard works by contract for the park. I ask the Liar "Manager" and she says that I have been lied to, he only gets his jobs from her The Liar Shirly!! This park went down hill and now they raised the rent 30.00 a month and the maintenance man said if they think your lawn is long they will mow it and charg 50.00 it's been 45 degrees and rainy everyday this place sucks plus we are in a Pandemic they should not be raising the rent
This park was awesome when I lived here in the late 90s. Very well maintained!!
