These are pictures of my mom’s bathroom and carpet. This is on a better day, so embarrassed when people come to visit her and have to use the bathroom. After numerous complaints, it’s still happening. My mom is spending alot of money to stay in this facility. We’ve had other issues too not just the cleanliness of the bathroom (which has been even worse than this) her phone was stolen and we were told we should install cameras in her room, which is absolutely ridiculous then her tv remote taken. Debbie and her team provide a loving, safe, and welcoming environment where residents are truly cared for. It’s clear that the staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home.
The care is absolutely impeccable. The staff have hearts of gold.
