I went to this clinic because my special needs son wasn't feeling well. The receptionist asked what kind of insurance my son had. I replied with Medicaid and Cofinity. She said we can't see him,why I asked,her response was because he has Medicaid. Yes I said and Cofinity. Again she said they don't take Medicaid. Needless to say,I left very upset,that they didn't care my son was sick. My son came up there today because he is sick, fever, coughing and sore throat and told you guys he was having a hard time breathing , you didn't even do a chest X-ray on him. all you did was give him rx for amoxicillin, you said he has tonsillitis and an ear infection. is this a minute clinic or a real doctors office? Why wouldn't you do a chest X-ray? I asked if they swabbed his throat for strep and he said the nurse said she was going to after the doctor seen him and then she never did. A great experience yesterday. My Doctor wasn't in the office and I had to be seen. I walked in, no wait. Was seen, helped, diagnosed and on my way with in an hour. A very nice staff!
