The folks at Independence Title in Westlake were great to work with in selling my house. The escrow officer, Megan Thompson, was personable and highly competent. She handled a couple of minor glitches in the paperwork professionally, and she made the all-around closing experience quick and painless. I’d definitely recommend her and the rest of the Independence Title team.
I have long been a fan of Independence title. First with Debbie Thornal way back in 2013, then, Ruby Cortez, then Misha Davis, and now Megan Thompson. The teams at all the Indy locations are top flight but I just had my first closing with Megan Thompson and WOW!! Megan is incredibly thorough, extremely detail oriented and exceptionally skilled at relating to the clients in the transaction.
