I had no prior knowledge of the company before this purchase, but when I purchase again, I will surely use not only this company, but this branch. I had a great experience with the team at Independence Title, the staff was professional and knowledgeable.
Becky Powers is not supported by a team. If she is out on vacation then immediately following out sick, noone follows up on requests so beware you will be ignored until she returns. Most importantly, Becky Powers doesn't follow her licensing requirements and signs HUD statements that do not acurately reflect where the funds were sent. Further, she refuses to correct her actions and instead replies "File a Title Claim". I need an accurate HUD for the loan to be onboarded by a licensed third party loan servicer.
