Jake and Bill and Independence Roofing did an excellent job replacing my 30+ year-old EDPM flat roof. Jake visited to assess the roof and to see exactly how it was made and then gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and actually less than I was expecting. Materials were delivered on Monday, Jake and his crew arrived bright and early on Tuesday and worked until the major portion of the roof was done - about 7pm. We had a poor experience with Independence Roofing. Bill was nice to work with, but Jake seemed rude and dismissive. The roof repair from wind damage didn’t hold up and started leaking just a few weeks later. Jake also didn’t clean up the work area properly, and there was still trash left on our property. We ended up hiring another company to redo and finish the job properly, which cost us extra time and money. Would not recommend based on the quality of the repair.
Jake was awesome to work with. Good communication, high accountability, and quality work.
Jake and Bill did outstanding work replacing the shingles on our roof. The communication was excellent, professional and timely. The crew did a great job and completed the job in less than one day. They went above and beyond during every aspect of the project. We highly recommend Independence Roofing and Exteriors.
