So far we’ve had no issues! They are attentive to our work orders and always get back to us. Anthony is the best and deserves a raise he always helps us out with our questions and concerns. We’ve been living in our home for a year and a half now.

I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The realtor who works with us is incredible, but the rest of the management team is just a total disaster. When we moved into the house, it had a strong dog smell. It was from the previous tenant, who owns a dog, which was OK, ok, and understandable. And for the tenants who have pets or whose friends have pets, please pay attention to your lease agreement for that PET section, especially. The absolute worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been in the military since 2019. They are out to get your money. Have an extreme lack of empathy. I had a friend who owned a puppy and they were trying to charge me $800 for unauthorized pet fee cause he was in my house when a friend was visiting, as one of their workers did an inspection on my apartment. They absolutely did not work with me as it was a complete misunderstanding. Please look elsewhere. They are trash just like their apartments.
People are completely unprofessional. They try to suck your wallet dry and take all your money. Just do yourselves a favor and DONT rent with them. I promise you can find better housing and a better company.
