I’m frustrated that I even have to give one star. I rented here for over three years. I paid on time, maintained the unit, and even helped out when needed. During that time, rent increased every single year I lived there, without meaningful upgrades to the apartment or noticeable improvements to the property. Lived in one of their properties. First rental I had to pay for my own repairs. Covid hit and the month after the country opened back up they went up on my rent 400 more dollars . Got approved for 1150 went up to 1550 after being there and paying throughout COVID. Any issues you got a notice my then boyfriend and I had issues but the neighbors could throw bricks at your house and your told oh he didn’t mean it! Worst possible company to rent from. Avoid these people like your life depends on it. Their apartments are run down and rent only goes up without any repairs or fixes being done. Property management is a joke at best. You're better off in a tent.
