This is a horrible realty group. Rob never remembers anything literally nothing and has a very bad attitude very rude. You have to call and remind him over and over again about maintenance. They only have 1 mechanic john who keeps making excuses for them. He has a attitude at times. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will be leaving ASAP.
If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I filled out the application and got a text message back saying pay deposit with a link. I asked about a lease agreement (paper version) and an office location because I prefer to pay with cashier's check. The next day I received a text saying the property has already rented. When I called prior to filling out an application, he was eager to answer. When I called after filling out the application, he either didn't answer or was rude. I honestly believe Rob is a scammer.
