As mentioned by someone else below, if I could give ZERO stars I would. The owner is extremely unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. If you are a homeowner and are considering this company to use to rent out your house BEWARE. Nothing but issues from the beginning. Lack of communication, demeaning behavior, and complete disregard for anything else but financial gain from this “property management” company.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Anytime we call we get no response, if we email we wait a week for a reply, my husband had to send an email, leave 2 voicemails and call a 3rd time before he got any response. I have now send an email 2 times and still waiting on a reply 7 days later.
