Don't waste your time; I've been trying to get ahold of someone for months. I think this place is a scam.
The only positive experience I can relay from my time here was with Mary who took over Tyler's role after he left. She was helpful and communicative which was refreshing after the very frustrating experience I had. I started my Invisalign treatment over a year ago and am currently on my 3rd set of aligners. I ultimately chose to use Independence Orthodontics for my Invisalign, instead of my dentist who actually quoted me a lower price, because of their close proximity to my old apartment & seemingly positive reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been waiting over a year for my retainers with absolutely no form of communication. I've left several calls and emails and only recently received a response from someone via text message. Also, in the beginning of my treatment the Dr. had be visit an oral surgeon due to an impacted tooth which had given me no pain whatsoever which I have had my whole life. I went only for the surgeon to confirm it did not need to be removed, and then I got charged for the consult!! They w... read more
This has been the most terrible experience. I reach out and no one gets back to me. I have to wait weeks just to hear an answer. There's only one guy doing everything and it's just a mess. I am so stressed and worried I'm being scammed.
