I'm a positive person. The glass is half full. I have rarely if ever left a negative comment. When independence flowers and gifts called me today and said they did not have the herb garden that I had paid for online to be delivered to my sons fiancé the person on the phone said they would deliver a cheerful fresh bouquet, a nice birthday arrangement. That is not what they delivered. I am disappointed. I will have family living in that area for years and will tell them to never use this florist.
For the second year my son and daughter-in-law have sent me flowers for my birthday from Independence Flowers & Gifts... The arrangements have been beautifully done and have lasted longer than I expected.... and the creativity of the arrangements was excellent. I highly recommend this florist for any type of floral service needed. June Arko
