Not happy to pay $167 for a routine checkup after being charged $57 for the same services on 3/11/13! Talk about being blindsided!!! It's just a matter of time before my lower crown comes off, again, it better not happen as I'm enjoying my upcoming very expensive birthday dinner out! Please get your collective act together.
I thought I was going to see my long time dentist, Dr. Reske. I found out Dr Reske was now seeing patients at Norfolk location only. I will make my next apt. with Dr Reske in Norfolk!
Office manager take her or leave her, person cleaned my teeth very patient, knowlegeable good, dentist a fresh low key cute improvement to practice. Much less tension in office, susan assistant another good asset to newby dentist, great experience much better and enjoyable than I expected, new decor very mellow and relaxing, the raised lip at front door little difficult for walkers and wheelchairs. Met Amber (Dental Asst.) for the first time. Very professional, and very polite and informative. Met Dr. Savage....whom I know for 25+ years. He could take some lessons from Amber (only kidding!)
It went well. Teeth were nice and clean afterwards. Very friendly staff.

Tiffany Booth is a first rate Office Manager. Congratulations to her for being ever so helpful. Also there were others but their names have slipped my memory.
Dentist seemed to be "selling" work that was not a sure solution and treatment that, at my age, does not seem appropriate.
