Customer service is lacking. I called the 800 ASK BLUE phone number to inquire about additional programs associated with my plan. An AI chatbot answered the phone, but was of no help at all. On the first occasion the bot ended the conversation after not being able to understand that I had a question to ask. On the second attempt, I was only directed to a person after I asked how to file a complaint.
