Cancelled my one plan because now I go through my employeer and getting a refund from IBX is like pulling teeth. Never been told so many lies. Its insane.
The worst experience ever. IBX has managed to pay all my 2025 claims. Go back in early June of this year and take all the money back and deny all my claims. Staring I’m not covered when I clearly was. Multiple phone calls taking weeks to finally correct my coverage only to have it be to the wrong deductible. Doctors offices show me owing money I do not owe. IBX states it will take 30 to 45 business days to correct. I can see some they started “correcting” and it is STILL to the wrong deductible amount. Sales agent Chelsi Woody was awesome to work with. She took the time to understand my goals and provided me with the various plans that would meet my needs. She was very knowledgeable of the products available and I did not feel rushed or pressured.
I moved and simply needed to transfer my health insurance from Amerihealth NJ to IBX PA but Amerihealth was unbelievably difficult and incompetent. It was not until I reached Louisa Abateva, Licensed Sales Agent in Consumer Sales from IBX, that I got anywhere. She was polite and level-headed dealing with me AND the Amerihealth representatives who often did not want to deal with the call and disconnected us (4 times).
