Katherine Erickson, the owner of this firm, left me a voice message on 4/12/21 asking me if I still needed a therapist. I called a few days before asking for a therapist. I responded on 5/7/2021 by texting. I texted less than 100 words to describe my situation. All of sudden, she yelled at me "Stop texting". I filed a complaint to "California Board of Behavioral Sciences" right away.
