Parking attendants giving out illegitimate parking tickets forcing commuters to take time off of work when they had to originally take time off work to obtain $190 parking passes. Submitted proof of purchase and picture to document the parking pass only to now be told have to take time off work to go to court to further fight a $30 ticket. Shameful!!!
Randall Park is a disgrace. I think someone needs to be held responsible for the neglect. PAL girls softball team had a game and the field was a mess. It should have been raked by the village but instead the residents had to bring rakes and do it themselves.Poles are disconnected on the fences around the dugouts and it all needs to be painted. The only good thing about signing my girls up for softball is the away games
Come on Freeport. Who is in charge of the parks? The dugouts at Randall look like crap. Pipes in the dugouts are falling apart. We had to bring our own rakes to rake the mud. Out of all the parks we have gone to, Freeport is the worse and most neglected.
So, this is what the Freeport Community was treated to tonight. Lights were lit all over Northeast Park EXCEPT for the basketball courts...???!!! The BBA (Big Brother's Association) Tournament was in the midst of their Playoff games, which had to be postponed because, apparently no one in the "hierarchy" of those in charge of such things, knew how to correct the problem. If you were there tonight, I'm sure you felt the disappointment, as did the kids. Is this fair to the KIDS...???!!! Taxpayers...??? The Community...??? Plea... read more
