Absolutely terrible!!! Completely unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves at what they call doing their job! I have done income/payroll/occupational taxes for years now and I can NOT BELIEVE how unprofessional this group of individuals are! City of Cincinnati.... DO BETTER!!!!!

Every time I talk with someone in this office, they seem to have an attitude.
I called in today & spoke to Mr. Kelly. I thought I had a rather pleasant tone and friendly demeanor but I was only spoke to with hostility. Mr. Kelly had a negative tone and acted like I was an inconvenience to his day. I was only calling to verify that a document had been received and i explained that i understood that i may need to allow more time for processing.
