2080 Fruitdale Ave San Jose. Zijad Bjelevac is my manager at the apartment complex. He is a wonderful manager, very kind, very polite and professional. Always willing to help. So far I have had a great experience with him. He deserves 5 stars !!!
Applied to rent at one of their locations, they charge a 400 dollar deposit while they review your application. Supposed to take three days to hear a response. It’s been a week and they haven’t gotten back about a decision. I call, email, everything, no response. They hold your money hostage and don’t give you any response. Terrible
I have been living in Sandalwood Apartments for almost 5 years and have always had maintenance work completed my Ramiro. He is friendly, warm, professional, and an expert in his work. He completes work efficiently and effectively and always provides suggestions on how to maintain the unit.
I worked with Zijad Bjelevac in locating a residential apartment unit at the Sandalwood complex. Zijad was very helpful in showing multiple units at multiple locations before settling at the Sandalwood complex. I recommended him to a colleague at work who was also looking for an apartment. The unit is modern and up to date, and close to work. The application process was all online and fairly easy to complex to complete compared to other residential application processes.
