In my experience, they will charge you for stuff after you leave. Your time living there will be different from after you leave. Don’t do business with these guys. Know your rights. If they take over property, just know they have to supersede your old lease. I do not trust IPS. In closing, please reach out to a tennant defense attorney or organization legal aid organization in the event these guys try to intimidate you. I will be not be changing my stance. This is my experience. Never again.
Terrible Property Management company will rip you off They manage apartments that have roach infestations and don’t disclose that They will take your whole deposit when you move. Take forever for anybody to will mismanage your whole apartment building and treat it like crap Well, let it fall apart, then try to put it together at the last minute, literally have roaches in their hallways Wow, terrible tenant I could go on and on
They used my security deposit to renovate the entire unit and to paint entire unit. I went to the small court claim and they paid me back only halp. Shannon who suddenly claimed to be a property manager is the worst.
I lived in Cedars Studios for 3 years and had a great experience. It's located in a great part of town next to the Pruneyard and Campbell Park, and downtown is a 10 minute walk away. The units are small but cozy. There are some small things I wish I could change, like I wish the loud garbage trucks didn't come so early in the morning. I truly appreciate the management here. Brandon responded promptly to a garage door issue on a weekend, even while spending time with his family. He made sure maintenance came out quickly and the problem was resolved right away. It means a lot to know that the property is so well taken care of and that residents’ concerns are addressed with such dedication. Thank you, Brandon, for going above and beyond!
