This review is for Cedar's Studio Apartments (Campbell) We are now going on 4.5 weeks of being displaced from our dedicated parking spots, without an end or update in sight. The owner of the property management company (Income Property Specialist, Robert Salwasser), could have secured parking for us at the tech company located at 2105 S. I like the quick way to deal with repair requests, it is very easy to report, and I like that the problem is solved very quickly.
4 stars for the maintenance team. You are in good hands with Romero. Small complex but well maintained. Laundry on site . Quiet community. We respect and look out for each other here. Big shout out to the new manager here at Sandalwood. Zijad has been a blessing here in the community, with his responsiveness and professionalism. I can truly say now, after many years , Sandalwood is in good hands. Any and all new friends and new neighbors we welcome you to the community !
