I wouldn’t rent from this agency again. While my apt was ok. Their approach to utilities in my unit was not clear nor did the property manager understand at the time of move in. There were multiple time in my year living there with the washing machines being out of service. The trash bin was often full or overflowing. Lastly - I’m going on a month since my lease ended and I still haven’t received my deposit. The response was to keep waiting. They waited until the last legal day to dispatch the check. We had such a great experience living here! The area is in a safe and quiet area so it’s great for going on walks in the neighborhood. The maintenance crew was always so quick to schedule visits for requests and took care of every request we had. Kate was always so responsive and considerate during our time there, it’s very clear she cares about her residents which is we really appreciated. Overall I couldn’t recommend this place more 10/10
Sean is the best person to go to if you have any kind of problem with a property. He is highly responsive and goes above and beyond his call of duty.
I have really enjoyed living here- it’s quiet yet close to everything you need. Ruth Ann has been incredibly helpful if any questions or problems arise as well as the maintenance team.
I have been here just over two years now and I have to tell you I am so happy with Cedars. It has been such a positive experience, great neighbors, great location! Any issues that have come up, Ruth Ann has been absolutely fantastic and addressed them quickly. I’m always recommending this complex to friends and family. 10/10!
