They used my security deposit to renovate the entire unit and to paint entire unit. I went to the small court claim and they paid me back only halp. Shannon who suddenly claimed to be a property manager is the worst.
I lived in Cedars Studios for 3 years and had a great experience. It's located in a great part of town next to the Pruneyard and Campbell Park, and downtown is a 10 minute walk away. The units are small but cozy. There are some small things I wish I could change, like I wish the loud garbage trucks didn't come so early in the morning. But overall my unit was a pleasant, well-maintained place to live. The property manager is Ruth Ann, an awesome lady who knows to take care of her tenants. I truly appreciate the management here. Brandon responded promptly to a garage door issue on a weekend, even while spending time with his family. He made sure maintenance came out quickly and the problem was resolved right away. It means a lot to know that the property is so well taken care of and that residents’ concerns are addressed with such dedication. Thank you, Brandon, for going above and beyond!
