Staff is lazy and has attitude. Was assured when I first signed up to the portal that my rent will automatically be applied to correct unit because of my name. This was in writing in an email, which I showed them and they refuse to acknowledge. Then I sign a new lease and payment is lost and rather than apologize and say they failed to inform me the portal needs to be updated by me, they copped attitude and said they’ll “make the effort THIS time”.
