This is by far one of the worst experiences ever. I’ve never had counseling before and decide to give it a try, went on zocdoc and was connected with jimmy/scott. He was nice at first but then the problem started. First he never walked me thru the paperwork and stop replying to my messages out the blue because apparently I never filled out any paperwork and the office told him to stop communication.
