1/15/25. Review from an applicant. Applied for unit 408 on 1/10/24 priced at $4300/month. They asked for the usual credit check, etc but on top of that they wanted 2 months rent upfront as a security deposit and personal references. During a rental shortage crisis! Our credit score is 780 and my husband makes 3x the monthly rent. They wanted $12,900 upfront. Living at Inclave has been a great experience. I love the updated modern feel of the apartments, access to the gym that also has Pelotons, the pool area, and a great common room. Plus, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to a ton of restaurants close by. Overall, the Inclave apartment offers a welcoming and comfortable living environment. I highly recommend it!

Management is incredibly kind and works with the tenants. They helped me pick the perfect apartment that suits my lifestyle and were very accommodating toward my special requests regarding internet. I really appreciated their personal approach to leasing rather than a rigid corporate agency.
We have lived at INclave since the property opened nearly 5 years ago. We have really enjoyed living here! The units are spacious, we have a south facing balcony that gets lots of sun, we frequent the pool and gym regularly and it's in a great location!
