After a horrible experience at Precision Diamonds, and a referral from a friend, I came to Robert Ince Jewelers. I needed my grandmother's ring repaired. It's very old and means a lot to me. The ladies at the counter were kind and respectful. They understood what the piece meant to me and assured me they would take perfect care of it. I just adore this little tucked away "gem" and plan on taking all my jewelry work there.
