The worst Medical Supply Company with the most unintelligent, incompetent Employees EVER?? They filed for a TPO against ME (the irony is rich, indeed, I visited their Office SPECIFICALLY to get the info I needed to do the same) when after I was (unsuccessfully, thankfully) assaulted by one of their employees whom they sent to our house, who refused to leave (their Employee is being charged with Trespassing, BTW, FCPD Case # 19-5389, I'm totally in the clear). Incompetent. They’ve had my crap machine since November. Said it was done in January, never showed up to exchange. I had to call them and ask why! Said he would call the following week and exchange, never did. I called again last week just to have everything over with and close this chapter. Said Mike would call me. One week later, no call. But I did get a call from Lincare yesterday asking why I didn’t send my machine in for repair when they sent a prepaid label? What the actual hell...
RecommendedI have been using United Medical for oxygen supplies for 2 1/2 years. They are always prompt, courteous, and ask if I need anything else before they leave. I would recommend them highly.

Nothing but a run around and I even called corporate and still no resolution. My local store doesn’t want to deal with people’s issues they just want you to leave!
