I was seen here on 7/21 and discussed billing and everything ahead of my visit. I qualify for assistance as my hours were cut at my job. Anyway, I was assured I wouldn’t receive a bill and that if I did, it would be covered 100%. Nope! Receptionists could use some kindness training.. one star experience every call and visit.
Absolutely pleased with my experience at this place. The staff were all really nice (from security, to janitorial, nurses, front desk staff, and the doctors too!), this location was very accommodating even though my son and I made it just minutes before closing. Thank you so much for that! These people genuinely seemed to care, it's not about the money for them or just "another job". They ALL took the time to listen, that's important.
