I’ve been going here for years. Well now I gotta say things because they’re lacking clinical and medical competence now. I think everyone here is nice, and my PCPs nurse is pretty good at calling and talking to me when I leave messages for them. She’s kind! My PCP however is interesting to me tho. Unless you have medicaid, dont go, because im sitting on over 1000$ worth of bills for going in there twice, and thats with a "self pay" discount. You can call in and ask them "around how much it will be" so you can work staying alive in the budget, but they will tell you they have nothing to do with billing, so they dont know. Then when you call the 800 number for questions or concerns about your bill, they will tell you, they cant help you, you need to call the clinic and ask them why they are charging you so much.
