Took my mothers dearest ring a few years ago to have the back replaced. I had to go back many times for them to fix a big scratch they had caused (still never fixed). I paid hundreds and I have recently taken it to another jeweller and I have been told that the back of the ring was removed and replaced with fake gold and the Dimond in the ring had been removed and replaced with a fake diamond. Be aware...these people are not too b trusted..i left all my mothers jewellery as an estate sale...4months ago...payment was due...never paid too me...smoke and mirrors....not trust worthy
I've called 7 times and left 3 voicemail messages - nothing. Forget it. I'll go elsewhere!
