I had an issue with Hiscox that was not handle good. After a year of service, that person must have been the exception, not the rule.
I have called over 200 different insurance agency's in the last 30 days. this company is a joke. do not do business with them. If you have some one who needs to verify your insurance to bid on a project, you will loose the project.
Was at the goal line of signing up for a policy online. Tried to purchase a policy. The agent was so difficult to deal with that I had to hang up and find a new company.
6 days after I purchase the insurance I received news of my Healthcare failing. I desperately needed to find a cheaper general liability insurance company. It would not let me speak to their manager they would not return my calls and they refused to give me a refund on my deposit which was only two them $550. This amount to me however was at least one procedure copay that I needed the money for. Apparently insurance companies can never make exceptions.
