Do you feel safe where you live? Are you happy where you live? Do you know who has been in your apartment when you're not there? After renting with Inbound I can no longer answer yes to a single one of these questions. Scamcity – The owner, Mike Clark, is an unethical scumbag. He won't believe you if you tell him that one of his agents is harassing customers and trying to scam the company, even though you have text messages proving it. He will insist on getting a full fee even though one of his employees harasses you. He will have you sign a lease and deposit checks, then not call you. He will yell at you if you ask him when you can move in. He will call you 7 days before move in and tell you that the apartment is no longer available. SCUM... read more
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! – This was the most wildly unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and dishonest real estate company and experience I have ever had. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! My roommate and I saw an ad for apartment in Cleveland Circle on craigslist with Jeff’s name and number. Called him, saw the apartment, loved it. Now we’re ready to fill out an application and lease.
