Save your money and go somewhere else. When i dropped my boat of for a list of things to have done, i was told by the owner it would be ready in 5 days. 3 weeks later and i finally got my boat back. But i only had them do HALF of the work because getting ahold of someone at that place to get a estimate is a joke. i had to call day after day for 2 weeks before work got started. Bought a boat from a guy who dealt with this shop and he just had a “brand new engine” installed from this shop (less than 10 hrs on the engine) with all invoices to show for it. The engine is clearly a poorly re-manned engine and not new. Old gaskets were used, oil has leaked all over it since I bought it and the v-drive is all out of whack. Just your typical dishonest mechanics you can find in every “inboard shop” nowadays
If I could give this dealership less than 1 star, I would. I bought a boat from them in March of 2024 and here we are almost 10 months later (Dec 2024) I still do not have a registration for the trailer. I finally got the boat registration after 8 months and repeated calls to The Inboard Shop asking for Tony who is supposedly never there and will absolutely not return a phone call. Tony and the Inboard Shop team resolved a problem on our boat that was difficult to navigate. ECM had failed due to an electrical issue. They root caused the problem quickly and agreed to install an OEM ECM from another engine manufacturer that became equal to original when reprogrammed. I’m thankful for Tony and the team’s help to serve us well.
These guys are awesome and kept me in the loop for what was going on with my boat. They helped me push back on my insurance and made sure that they paid for the damages. I truly appreciate everyone at this shop.
