I cannot say enough good things about the incredible job done on our recent HVAC installation. We had two units replaced - one for the upstairs area and one for the basement and the entire process was handled perfectly. The service man, Igor, was friendly and professional. He replaced the failing evaporator coil, etc. within a very reasonable amount of time. When he left the HVAC unit was working great and it cool down the space quickly. The only wierd thing was how their payment app, which he used for me to pay for extra service (i.e. cleaning condenser filter), required access to my local wifi in order to work.

We recently had to have a repair on our AC. The team at InAir was very helpful. They came the following morning which was a Saturday. Our tech, Alex, was very kind and courteous. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repair quickly. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the repair and give a high recommendation.
