I cannot say enough good things about the incredible job done on our recent HVAC installation. We had two units replaced - one for the upstairs area and one for the basement and the entire process was handled perfectly. I don’t think this company is operated legally. They do not follow the proper protocol. Please stay away from this company. You’ll regret using them. Worst company ever. InAir Heating & Cooling installed the wrong, incompatible system in my home and left my family in freezing temperatures for weeks. They ignored multiple complaints, avoided responsibility, and did nothing even after receiving a legal notice. A separate HVAC company confirmed their installation was completely wrong. We recently had to have a repair on our AC. The team at InAir was very helpful. They came the following morning which was a Saturday. Our tech, Alex, was very kind and courteous. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repair quickly. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the repair and give a high recommendation.

We had one of those once-in-a-career, cursed-by-the-tech-gods situations. Our system issue was so weird it probably qualifies for its own Discovery Channel documentary. These folks jumped in like pros anyway. Their techs know their stuff, their prices are shockingly reasonable, and their customer service team speaks fluent human, which is rare and beautiful.
