I recently used InAir Air Conditioning and Heating through my American Home Shield (AHS) plan. Inair was AMAZING! They had fast and excellent communication. They scheduled our service quickly and it was on a holiday weekend! They showed up when they said they would and the tech did a great job with our repair. We will for sure use them again. Highly recommend using INAIR!

I cannot recommend InAir Heating & Air Conditioning based on my experience. What should have been a straightforward repair took nearly a month to resolve, from May 30 to June 27, 2026. The initial diagnosis was a failed evaporator coil, which was not covered by my home warranty, resulting in an out-of-pocket expense of $2,091. After the coil was replaced, my AC stopped working again the very same day. I was then told the problem was my home's circuit breaker and that I needed electrical work. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from InAir Heating & Air Conditioning. I was connected to them by my home warranty company so I expected to have problems. It was just the opposite. They were on time, friendly and efficient. I had a great experience and my unit is working great.
