We recently had to have a repair on our AC. The team at InAir was very helpful. They came the following morning which was a Saturday. Our tech, Alex, was very kind and courteous. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repair quickly. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the repair and give a high recommendation.
Second time you guys came out to my home second time problem still exist, not blowing strong air, barely coming out. OK now the manager is not answering this technicians phone call and I’m still not satisfied and the problems still going on. No matter how I said low I set my temperature for 60°. It only gets 77 in my home and that’s right now because it’s cool outside.
Phenomenal experience. A/C fan went out late Sunday. Technician came and diagnosed issue monday. Within an hour of him leaving my home I got a call to schedule install for Wednesday. Fast forward fan was replaced. My home is slowly cooling down. Thank you for the above expected customer service.
We had one of those once-in-a-career, cursed-by-the-tech-gods situations. Our system issue was so weird it probably qualifies for its own Discovery Channel documentary. These folks jumped in like pros anyway. Their techs know their stuff, their prices are shockingly reasonable, and their customer service team speaks fluent human, which is rare and beautiful. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! A technician named Art from inAir Heating & Air Conditioning came out a couple of weeks ago to take a look at my HVAC unit. He spent barely any time diagnosing the issue before confidently telling me that I needed a full unit replacement — for a system that’s only 5 years old! That immediately sounded suspicious.
