I have been one of Dr. Hanna's patients for a number of years and have received absolutely outstanding medical care from him (and from NP Stephanie Schmid when I have occasionally seen her). I've detailed my experience with the medical team in a past review, but this one is to add that the reception and appointments staff are all tremendously helpful at IFM, too. I'd rather have a 5th grader in charge of my wellness. They would forget less. If, you end up stuck with this place, I highly recommend constantly following up and calling to verify EVERYTHING on a daily basis!
Dr. McNichols dropped me as a patient, suddenly and without warning. I received a letter stating I was habitually a no show or cancelling appointments. I have never been a no-show and I explained this to his Medical Assistant Amber. I was then told that I was a no show for an appointment today but I actually used the automated service to reschedule an appointment but hadn't called the office yet.
