These guys are thieves. I left the store with a verbal agreement that they could not charge my credit card and to not bill my card in the future. They continued to charge my credit card for multiple months and Al said "I'm not saying that we did or dint have a verbal agreement" and then proceeded to tell me it is my fault that I was being charged.
