I recently worked with Chef Johanna for a three-course brunch I hosted in my home. Chef Johanna was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with. She accommodated multiple dietary restrictions (nut free, dairy free, AND gluten free) so that all guests could eat the same meal - quite the challenge!
