In the Shade takes care of several of our commercial properties and a residential neighborhood we manage. Colby is the most responsive owner I have ever worked with. He encourages direct feedback so he can properly address any issues and coach his crew. Unreliable. Equipment in Poor condition which makes for uneven cut, ruts. No respect for property. Left gate open! Developers choice for subdivision. Cheap labor.
They don’t show up when they’re supposed to and they do not perform all the services they are contracted to do. Communication is poor to nonexistent.
This company does my housing communities landscape. First off the owner is always out with his workers and doing his due diligence which is amazing to see. Second there was a major incident that happened that was completely an accident. The owner was prompt and caring to our family.
