In the loop is nice when they are taking your money. But when it comes time to cancel they will make it the hardest thing to do. I moved away from their area. Which I told them might happen. They said no problem. But it is a problem. They want more than just your license to prove you don’t live in the area anymore. What’s so hard about doing what your customer asks. I do not recommend this company or their employees. Horrible customer care!!
