If I could give Bucci 0 stars I would. He intentionally robbed me. I booked through Booksy. He told me to pay him through Apple Pay instead of completing the payment through Booksy. He then proceeded to mark me as a no show in the Booksy app and did not want to give me a refund for my deposit. I had to go through the bank and went ahead and got all of my money back. He’s a thief and a begrudging little elf.
Amazing atmosphere, awesome cosmetology services, and the owner takes pride in the business as well as being a pillar in the community. (Check out the podcast and other events) A whole self-care experience!
Definitely a committed customer. Bryson truly exceeded my expectation and the atmosphere is chill and laid back. Brought back good memories.
